Shipping & Returns

How it works!

Shipping Methods

First off - Thanks for ordering! It means a lot to be able to share my designs with anyone, and I have the deepest appreciation for anyone who supports my artistic pursuit.

Second - Printing and Shipping! After the order is processed, I'll prepare the files and connect with my printer the very next day. I currently work with a local print shop in San Francisco (Chum's Print + Design on 2nd and Market!) - and they produce the prints within 3-5 Business days.

Once the orders are completed - I Fedex the prints to you! Once I've shipped you the prints, I'll reach out to you with the tracking number of the package.

if the pieces are 11" x 14" or less - they will be shipped flat between cardboard inserts within a padded envelope. If the pieces are 11" x 17" or higher  - they will be shipped rolled in mailing tubes.

This whole process usually takes 5-7 business days from order to arrival. I've never had issues with fulfilling orders on time or under tight restrictions - so there shouldn't be any hiccups. I'll make sure to communicate should there be any updates or hang-ups!

Again, thank you so much for your order! I can't wait to hear about how you like your piece(s)!

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If there are any problems or dissatisfaction with the pieces, just reach out! The goal here is to get some art to good homes.

Damaged • If the order is damaged on arrival let me know! I typically charge a (very) small reprinting fee, and will reprocess / print  / ship your damaged pieces right away.

Dissatified • If you are unhappy with any of the pieces, you know where to find me! I hope this is never the case, but if you don't like the piece, I'd be happy to resolve any issue! We can talk about my current inventory or replacing the piece, but I cannot offer refunds.
